Position: Worker for PVC Windows and Doors

Key Responsibilities

  • Fabricate PVC window and door frames according to project specifications and industry standards. 

  • Cut, assemble, and weld PVC profiles using specialized equipment and tools, ensuring proper alignment and fit. 

  • Install hardware, weather stripping, and other components to complete window and door assemblies. 

  • Operate machinery such as cutting saws, milling machines, and welding equipment safely and effectively. 

  • Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure they meet company standards and customer requirements. 

  • Assist with loading and unloading materials, components, and finished products as needed. 

  • Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace. 

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area, including cleaning equipment and tools. 

  • Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to optimize workflow and meet production targets. 

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in PVC window and door manufacturing 

  • Strong understanding of PVC fabrication techniques, materials, and equipment. 

  • Proficiency in using cutting saws, milling machines, welding equipment, and other tools commonly used in PVC fabrication. 

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.

  • Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor in a manufacturing environment. 

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. 

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
