Key Responsibilities
Fabricate PVC window and door frames according to project specifications and industry standards.
Cut, assemble, and weld PVC profiles using specialized equipment and tools, ensuring proper alignment and fit.
Install hardware, weather stripping, and other components to complete window and door assemblies.
Operate machinery such as cutting saws, milling machines, and welding equipment safely and effectively.
Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure they meet company standards and customer requirements.
Assist with loading and unloading materials, components, and finished products as needed.
Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area, including cleaning equipment and tools.
Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to optimize workflow and meet production targets.
Qualifications
Previous experience in PVC window and door manufacturing
Strong understanding of PVC fabrication techniques, materials, and equipment.
Proficiency in using cutting saws, milling machines, welding equipment, and other tools commonly used in PVC fabrication.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor in a manufacturing environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
