Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with loading and unloading materials, equipment, and tools at job sites or warehouses. 

  • Perform general construction tasks such as digging trenches, mixing concrete, and assisting with site preparation. 

  • Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively under the supervision of skilled tradespeople. 

  • Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and tools to ensure a safe and organized environment. 

  • Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site. 

  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and other team members to coordinate work activities. 

  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or project managers to support project goals and deadlines. 


  • Previous experience in labor-intensive work or a related field is mandatory. 

  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods. 

  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors and experienced team members. 

  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards work and colleagues. 

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when necessary. 

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
