Key Responsibilities
Assist with loading and unloading materials, equipment, and tools at job sites or warehouses.
Perform general construction tasks such as digging trenches, mixing concrete, and assisting with site preparation.
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and tools to ensure a safe and organized environment.
Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and other team members to coordinate work activities.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or project managers to support project goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
Previous experience in labor-intensive work or a related field is mandatory.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors and experienced team members.
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards work and colleagues.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when necessary.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
