Position: IT Professional

Job Requirements:

  • Oversee, evaluate and analyze the overall technical experience for telecom customer from Radio to the end servers

  • Deep investigation for cases Impacting customer experience and provide next best action to enhance experience KQIs

  • Design and implement analytical use cases for enhancing Network KQIs & customer experience.

  • Design, implement, and optimize IMS solutions within the PS Core network to support voice, data, and multimedia services.

  • Develop and maintain machine learning models and algorithms to analyze network performance, predict failures, and optimize Utilization.

  • Utilize SQL. To query and manipulate large datasets from various network elements and databases for troubleshooting, reporting analysis purposes.

  • Write efficient and scalable Python scripts for automation, data preprocessing, and statistical analysis.

  • Create interactive dashboard and reports using Tableau and Poser Bl to visualize network KPIs, trends, and performance metric

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including network operations, engineering, and data science to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

  • Stay updated with the latest developments in PS Core technologies, machine learning techniques, and data analytics tools to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Analyze and interpret telecom data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for optimization.

  • Develop and implement advanced machine learning models to enhance predictive analytics in the telecom sector.

  • Collaborate with telecom experts to design and execute data-driven strategies for network optimization, customer experience Improvement, and business growth

  • Utilize Python and SQL. For data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

  • Create visually compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI for effective data communication.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to continuously enhance our data analysis capabilities

Skill requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

  • Proven experience working with IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) within telecommunications networks.

  • Strong proficiency in machine learning techniques and algorithms, with hands-on experience in implementing ML Models for real-world applications.

  • Proficiency in SQl. For data manipulation, querying, and analysis.

  • Advanced programming skills in Python for data preprocessing, modeling, and automation.

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI to create compelling dashboards and Reports.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a crossfunctional team environment.

Professional Qualification Grade and Certifications

  • IMS Core Related certifications, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Data Visualization (Tableau or Power BI)

Other Requirements

  • CEM and Machine Learning is must.

Educational Requirements:

  • Graduation in engineering (preferred Major- IT, Communication, Electronics)

  • Other (Education Background): Machine learning, Data analytics and Data visualization tools.

  • Experience: 10+ years

Professional knowledge

  • Capability: Understand the carrier’s internal architecture and service processes, communicate with customers at different levels on the technical level, provide professional sharing and technical guidance, and present value.

  • Complete understanding of E2E network elements for MBB networks (4G/5G) and thorough understanding of the KPIs and KQIs used for assessing the Customer Experience.

  • Understanding of the IMS Core domain processes and relevant performance metrics for customer experience assessment.

  • Thorough understanding of the TMF Customer Journey for ICT networks.

  • Experience as an SME on at least one of the primary domains of the MBB networks (PS Core specialty IMS

  • Thorough understanding of the Machine Learning Modeling project process flows and phases.

  • Thorough understanding of different visualization tools and providing guidelines for development of various Performance dashboards

  • Practical experience of leading the teams of Reporting for management, Assurance activities and developing analysis and Insights from available data sources.

Business skill

  • Communications knowledge must have command of the mobile communication network architecture, services & process and business terms.

  • Comprehensive understanding of Multi -RAT mobile network different domains and performance indicators

  • Building client relations, create business opportunities strategic development/ technical excellence influencing and persuasion leadership and communication corporate citizenship /teamwork/ result orientation, commercial awareness.
