What You’ll Do

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and keep up-to-date with industry trends.

  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other outreach methods to identify potential clients or partners.

  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients or partners to drive business growth.

  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients or partners, and manage ongoing relationships.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a strategic plan for the growth of the business, including identifying new markets and products or services

  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Forecast sales and revenue, and report on progress towards sales and revenue targets.

  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teams within the company, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure that business objectives are met.

  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to evaluate business performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Marketing and Promotions: Develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns to attract new clients and partners

Who You are

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred. An MBA or other advanced degree may be beneficial for more senior roles.

  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development. Relevant experience in the industry in which the company operates may also be beneficial.

  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Other important skills include analytical and strategic thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams within the company

  • Industry knowledge: Deep understanding of the industry in which the company operates, as well as knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

  • Results-oriented mindset: Focused on achieving results, meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets, and driving business growth.

  • Adaptability: Adaptable and able to pivot strategy as needed to respond to changes in the market or industry.

  • Professionalism: Professional in demeanor and appearance, with the ability to represent the company effectively in business settings
