Responsibilities

Design and create visually appealing graphics, including social media posts, illustrations, banners, infographics, printing and other marketing materials.

Develop and edit engaging videos for various platforms, such as social media, websites, presentations, and advertisements.

Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and overall objectives.

Generate fresh and innovative ideas to enhance visual communication and maintain consistency across different channels.

Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate relevant design techniques and tools into the creative process.

Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality graphics and videos by managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content writers, marketers, and web developers, to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.

Conduct thorough quality checks on graphics and videos to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Optimize graphics and videos for various platforms, considering factors such as file size, resolution, and compatibility.

Maintain an organized library of design assets, video footage, and project files for easy accessibility and future reference.
Qualifications

Proven work experience as a Graphics Designer and Video Editor, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in industry-standard design and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design work and video editing projects.

Excellent understanding of design principles, composition, typography, color theory, and video editing techniques.

Solid knowledge of current design and video trends, techniques, and best practices.

Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas while considering brand guidelines and project objectives.
